Thames Card Technology has the capacity to manufacture over 350 million cards per year, offering a variety of substrates and finishes to suit your requirements. We process over 150 orders per week for cards ranging from banking and retail to ID and Membership.

We are able to manufacture a wide range of technical products including Contact, Contactless and Dual Interface smart cards.

We have highly experienced and dedicated teams in all areas of production, giving you the highest quality products.

Personalisation

Thames Card Technology is able to offer a full range of card personalisation methods as a direct result of continual investment in to the latest equipment and technology. This includes the personalisation of both contact and contactless Smart Cards as well as many methods of graphical personalisation such as Embossing, Thermal printing, Drop on Demand (DoD) and Ink Jet.

To support your campaign we also support the personalisation of associated stationery items such as Letters and Card Carriers via high speed Laser and Inkjet printing systems.

Fulfilment

Most cards need to be applied to a carrier or letter and are then packed or mailed to the end consumer. Cards can be matched and mounted using high speed systems with sophisticated camera matching equipment and then enclosed or packaged with other items to your exact specifications.
