We have the right equipment to ensure that we produce your cards exactly how you intended them.		Printing We have seven printing systems, including 6 and 4 - colour lithographic presses as well as full silk screen facilities enabling us to produce special single colour or metallic effects. Lamination We can add matt, gloss or special laminate finishes for your card. Card punching Working with standard or bespoke die-cuts to create the card shape you need. Magnetic tape and signature panel application We have 2 fully-automated tape laying machines and can apply secure signature panels on either side of the card. CHIP milling, embedding & hologram application We have the latest smart card production systems that allow us to produce CHIP cards for a variety of different applications. Cards can be fully-personalised and fulfilled to enable us to mail product on behalf of our custoimers. And because of our partnership with Sagem Orga, we are able to produce CHIP and PIN credit and debit cards for banking markets. If you require added security, we can also mount and fix holograms.
